Momentum, Inc. Celebrates 10 Years of Central PA Business Success
CAMP HILL, PA - As the tee shirt and ball cap-clad Harrisburg Senators game attendees enjoyed post-game fireworks on Friday night, a different crowd of suit and cocktail-wearing professionals raised their eyes and their glasses of champagne to the sky above the Susquehanna River.
After a year of anticipation, the employees, family, clients, and friends of Momentum, Inc. came together on July 11, 2008 to celebrate the company's 10th birthday and the 10 years of business success it has achieved.
Momentum's anniversary party, themed "Sharing Our Success," was a progressive event, starting at the Civic Club of Harrisburg (Front Street) and ending with a cruise on the Pride of the Susquehanna riverboat. It showcased both the business success of the company and the company's commitment to its corporate philanthropy program, the Momentum-teers. A highlight of the evening was Momentum presenting Ruth Koup, president and CEO of Dress for Success South Central PA, with a $2,500 donation check. Dress for Success is one of the Momentum-teers' focus organizations.
Momentum was incorporated in July of 1998 by Lori Daniels, Karen Sarabok, and Steve Clay who at the time had just left employment at a large software development organization. The three principals shared a belief that a smaller organization could provide a higher level of consulting services to clients. Momentum now employs 40 consultants who assist clients with a variety of professional services including project management, business analysis, training development and implementation, and much more.
