Course Objective:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will have a sufficient understanding of the IIBA’s BABOK and will have the necessary knowledge to pass the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP™) exam.
Class Specifics:
On average, the course runs thirty-five (35) hours over five (5) consecutive days and fulfills the Professional Education requirements needed to apply for the (CBAP) exam. The course provides a comprehensive review of the BABOK Knowledge Areas including Enterprise Analysis, Requirements Planning and Management, Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis and Documentation, Requirements Communication, and Solutions Assessment and Validation, and reviews the fundamental skills necessary for effective Business Analysis.

Course Objective:
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be have a sufficient understanding of applicable theory, functional processes, and the Project Management Institute Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK®) to pass the PMP exam.
Class Specifics:
This PMI-certified course is designed to fulfill the thirty-five (35) Professional Education contact hours required to apply for the PMP exam. The course will provide a broad theoretical discussion of the role of the project manager and the functional processes used by a project manager for each of the PMBOK’s nine knowledge areas: Integration Management, Cost Management, Communications Management, Scope Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, Time Management, Human Resources Management and Procurement Management. The course will also cover tips and tricks for passing the exam and interactive exercises to serve as memory aids.
