Quality Assurance Program
At Momentum, we build quality control into our Project Management Methodology, our culture, and our execution. Our approach to quality includes six fundamental actions for every project:
- Establish, Verify, and Validate Success Metrics and Client Expectations
We ensure that Momentum, the Momentum Project Team, and the Client have a mutually agreed-upon set of project expectations, success metrics, and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) prior to commencing work. - Provide Continuous Two-Way Communication
We maintain comprehensive Communication Plans and RACI charts to ensure open and continuous communication throughout the length of each project. - Use Industry Standards and Best Practices to Promote Consistency and Efficiency
Since our inception, We have supported organizations by providing industry best practice services to support business and IT projects. We strive for Continuous Process Improvement and that includes the regular review and update of our Quality Assurance Program. - Maintain Organization and Document Control Measures
We promote organization across all phases of a project to maintain historical knowledge and recall information efficiently. We are apt in a variety of document management tools and we maintain an extensive library of project tools and templates for quick insertion into the project. We always follow document control and naming conventions subscribed by our clients and will define conventions should the client not have an existing policy. All of this leads to our success in providing quality work and satisfied clients. - Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risks / Issues
We maintain a formal Risk Management Plan for all of our projects using a proven PMI-based strategy and template.
