The PA Department of Health (DOH) utilized Momentum to evaluate and compare three software solutions for its Healthy Woman Program.
The PA Department of Health (DOH), Healthy Woman Program (HWP) is responsible for offering free services to those meeting the eligibility standards. These services include: clinical breast examination; mammograms; pelvic examination and pap smear; education on breast self exam; and follow-up diagnostic care for an abnormal results.
HWP utilized Momentum to assist in the preparation of a detailed functional requirements analysis of the Healthy Woman Program and a comprehensive COTS Evaluation comparison of three potential solutions.
Momentum helped HWP by:
- Developing a metrics based evaluation tool from the documented business and functional requirements
- Providing a justifiable recommendation for solution optimization
- Providing functional requirements for existing Program documentation
