Momentum, Inc. brought holiday cheer to UPMC PinnacleHealth patients on Thursday, November 29, 2018 by decorating their Stars of Hope holiday tree at the UPMC PinnacleHealth West Shore Hospital as a way to support the UPMC PinnacleHealth Auxiliary. Each year, Momentum employees and their families help to decorate the UPMC PinnacleHealth West Shore Hospital Lobby. This year included tree decorating, refreshments and building gingerbread houses.

The UPMC PinnacleHealth Auxiliary is a group of volunteers who plan events to financially support various UPMC PinnacleHealth programs and services, including the Bailey House, which is one of Momentum’s supported charities.

Bailey House is a “Home Away From Home”, which provides a place for families outside of the immediate Harrisburg area to reside while their seriously ill loved one is hospitalized.  The Bailey House is located two blocks from Harrisburg Hospital and operates as a 24-hour-a-day facility which provides lodging, linens and refreshments for free. Bailey House greatly appreciates donations to underwrite the cost of Bailey House.
