Momentum, Inc. Supports Cumberland Valley MiniTHON® 

Camp Hill, PA (March 3, 2021) – Momentum, Inc. is proud to continue a part in the battle against childhood cancer.  The company recently made a $500 donation to the Cumberland Valley Mini-THON® in memory of Briana Keefe, who lost her battle to a rare form of cancer in 2009.  Over the past seven years Momentum has been instrumental in raising money for childhood cancer.   

Participants of the Cumberland Valley High School Mini-THON® are joining more than 90,000 students across the county to help conquer childhood cancer.  In the U.S., 16,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year – that is two classrooms of kids every day.  Dollars raised by Cumberland Valley High School Mini-THON® support some of the latest breakthroughs in childhood cancer.  Having a better understanding of how cancer works will help Four Diamonds’ researchers develop new, more effective treatments to test through clinical trials and save more lives.  This year’s event will be held May 15, 2021. 

Momentum raises money and awareness for local charities as part of their “Sharing Our Success” campaign.  The company started the campaign in 2008 as a way to give back to the local community.
