Amy Townson serves as Momentum’s Director of the Department of Service Delivery, where she supports consultants, guides delivery efforts, and helps teams navigate complex work.


Amy’s career began in the behavioral health field, where she worked directly with individuals as a case worker and case manager before moving into program coordination and statewide implementation support. Through that experience, she discovered a passion for helping organizations improve systems, support change, navigate growth, and create better outcomes at a broader level.


At Momentum, Amy is known for her ability to understand the bigger picture while helping others work through complex challenges in a practical way. She enjoys breaking complicated concepts into manageable pieces and working closely with different personalities and perspectives throughout the process. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, continuous improvement, and a strong belief that things can always work better tomorrow than they do today.


Outside of work, Amy enjoys reading, gardening, repurposing furniture and décor, spending time at the cabin, and discovering new music. She brings a high level of energy into both her personal and professional life and enjoys environments where she can continue learning and growing.


What motivates Amy most is leaving things better than she found them. That mindset continues to shape how she supports consultants, builds relationships, and approaches the work she does each day.
