Ashley Hock serves as Chief Executive Officer at Momentum, where she leads the organization with a strong focus on people, operational improvement, and long-term growth.
Ashley’s path into leadership was shaped early through years spent working in the restaurant industry. The experience taught her how to connect with people from all backgrounds and understand what matters to them. She developed a natural curiosity for how work could be improved and how teams could operate more effectively. Those instincts continue to shape the way she leads today.
At Momentum, Ashley is known for her ability to move between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution while staying closely connected to the people behind the work. She enjoys solving complex problems, creating clarity within fast-moving environments, and helping teams break difficult challenges into practical next steps. Her leadership style is grounded in empathy, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys coaching sports, spending time with her husband and three children, and being outdoors, usually at a sports field supporting her family. She values opportunities to lead by example and create positive impact both personally and professionally.
Ashley believes strongly in leaving things better than she found them and helping people grow along the way. That mindset continues to guide how she leads Momentum, supports her team, and approaches the work every day.
