Ashley Tilley

Ashley Tilley serves as Momentum’s Director of Operations and Finance, where she helps support the day-to-day operations of the organization while keeping teams, processes, and internal initiatives moving forward.

Ashley’s connection to Momentum began during college while interning at the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania. She was instantly drawn to the way the team interacted with each other and the culture they had built. When an opportunity later opened within Momentum’s Operations Team, Ashley took the leap and continued growing into the role she holds today.

At Momentum, Ashley is known for her adaptability, strong organizational skills, and execution-focused approach to her work. She enjoys understanding how different parts of the business connect and values the opportunity to support teams across the organization while helping internal operations run effectively. Her role has also allowed her to expand her experience beyond operations and into consulting support, giving her a broad understanding of the business and the clients Momentum serves.

Outside of Momentum, Ashley spends much of her time training and competing with her two Sealyham Terriers, Allie and Jack. Her love of college football also started during a year spent at Boise State University, where she attended every home football game while participating in an exchange program.

Ashley believes growth starts with a willingness to keep learning. That mindset continues to guide how she approaches her work, supports her team, and interacts with the Central PA community.
