Curt Mills

Curt Mills serves as Momentum’s Director of Strategic Programs, where he helps organizations solve complex challenges and build solutions that create long-term value.

With more than 30 years of experience in information technology, Curt has worked across every stage of the software development lifecycle throughout his career. His interest in technology began in high school through software development and solution design, where he discovered a passion for creating systems that solve real problems and make work easier for the people using them every day.

At Momentum, Curt is known for his responsiveness, steady follow-through, and commitment to doing the work the right way. He enjoys listening closely to customer needs, building practical solutions, and helping teams move projects from concept through deployment with confidence. For Curt, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing a solution create real impact for the people using it every day.

Outside of Momentum, Curt enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors through archery, mountain hiking, hunting, tennis, and weight training. He is also a longtime Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys any opportunity to encourage, inspire, or entertain the people around him, something his family would say comes naturally to him.

Curt believes people shape their own path through effort, consistency, integrity, and follow through. That mindset guides how he leads projects, supports clients, interacts with the community, and approaches life every day.
