Dan Fulton

Dan Fulton serves as Momentum’s Director of Corporate Strategy, where he helps guide organizational growth, support strategic initiatives, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Dan joined Momentum in 2009 as an Operations Specialist and quickly became interested in learning how the organization supported its clients. Early in his career, he began assisting with proposal development and discovered a strong interest in writing, strategy, and business development. Over time, that opportunity evolved into broader leadership responsibilities across the organization, including consulting support, proposal strategy, and long-term organizational planning.

At Momentum, Dan is known for his attention to detail, thoughtful problem solving, and ability to approach challenges from different perspectives. He enjoys work that allows him to think creatively to solve problems. Over the years, Dan has remained closely connected to many areas of the business and continues to play an active role in the company’s growth today.

Outside of work, Dan has a strong interest in historic preservation, architecture, and community involvement throughout the Harrisburg area. He has served in leadership roles with several civic and neighborhood organizations and remains passionate about supporting projects that strengthen the local community. He also enjoys collecting vintage items, spending time outdoors, and researching architectural history.

Dan believes strongly in staying true to your values, contributing to the people around you, and approaching work with integrity. That mindset continues to shape both his leadership style and his long-term commitment to Momentum.
