Sue Engels

Sue Engels serves as Momentum’s Director of Growth and Relationship Management, where she focuses on building strong relationships and helping organizations move forward with confidence.

Sue’s path into consulting was not traditional. After working in healthcare, she found a career that connected her interest in technology with her passion for helping people grow and succeed. That experience shaped the way she approaches leadership today. She believes strong relationships create stronger outcomes, and she brings that mindset into every engagement.

At Momentum, Sue is known for connecting people and helping teams stay aligned as work evolves. She stays focused on meaningful progress and enjoys helping organizations create forward movement that lasts beyond implementation. She also cares deeply about supporting the people behind the work and creating environments where individuals feel encouraged to grow professionally.

Outside of Momentum, Sue remains active throughout the community through organizations including the Technology Council of Central PA, Harrisburg University, and the American Cancer Society, where she serves as an Executive Ambassador for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. She currently serves as Board Chair for the Technology Council of Central PA and values opportunities to support others both personally and professionally.

Sue believes strongly in pushing beyond comfort zones and owning your story. She trains regularly, has completed Spartan races, and views every challenge as an opportunity for growth. That same mindset continues to shape how she leads, builds relationships, and supports the people around her every day.
