This marks Momentum’s 13th appearance on the Best Places to Work in PA list and its sixth recognition in the past seven years. Momentum is being recognized in the small employer category for organizations with 15 to 99 employees. Final rankings will be announced during the Best Places to Work in PA awards celebration on December 1.
For Momentum, the recognition is especially meaningful because employee feedback is central to the evaluation process. The company views the survey not only as an opportunity to measure engagement, but also as a valuable source of insight into where the organization is succeeding and where it can continue to improve.
Momentum fosters a culture in which employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, collaborate across teams and help shape the organization’s future. Feedback gathered through the Best Places to Work survey supports Momentum’s ongoing efforts to strengthen communication, professional development, employee engagement and the overall employee experience.

Best Places to Work in PA is a research-driven program that identifies, recognizes and honors Pennsylvania’s best employers in three categories: small employers with 15 to 99 employees, medium employers with 100 to 249 employees and large employers with 250 or more employees. Best Companies Group manages the registration and survey process, analyzes the data and determines the final rankings.
The 2026 winners will be recognized on December 1 at an awards celebration at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. Winners will also be profiled in a special publication from Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business.
